Last year, I planted 3 different kinds of eggplants, but the ones we liked best were the black beauty ones. This year I think I am going to keep it simple and stick only with those. Time will tell…

I have been fighting aphids that have been sucking the life out of the eggplant leaves. I did spray them with some soapy water and I am hoping this will knock them back a bit.
Not sure why, but the eggplants are struggling. They were infested by aphids and I did spray some insecticide organic soap on the leaves but I am yet to see them bounce back.
